Are you fluent in Finnish and seeking a new and exciting (remote) career opportunity? At Mercier Consultancy MD , we are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic Finnish Speaking Customer Representative to join our dynamic team.

Your Role :

Provide exceptional customer support to Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with care and professionalism.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Requirements

Fluency in Finnish (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with clients.

Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
