Customer Success Services Sales Executive

If you have experience putting this into practice successfully, this job description may be the right next step for you as a Senior Sales Representative in Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS), in the Nordics, focusing on customers in Norway and Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales focusing on accelerating services growth and exceeding customer expectations by listening to and understanding customer needs for success.
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial and inspirational style to drive and sell new services across all Oracle offerings.
  • Collaborate with Oracle employees, partners, and customers as a strong team player.

Responsibilities & accountability

  • Accountable for growing services sales within a territory, focused on Norway and Sweden, in the CSS Nordics region.
  • Responsible for pipeline development, pipeline management and opportunity management within your territory.
  • Create and maintain executive relationships with customers.
  • Maintain high levels of energy, passion, inspiration, and enthusiasm.
  • Experience required

  • Minimum 10 years documented customer success experience with enterprise customers and organizations.
  • Successful experience in a direct sales environment.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally.
  • English language skills plus local language skills in the country of hire.
  • This role is open for applicants in both Norway and Sweden.
