Role Overview :
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant who can bring staff augmentation projects or web / mobile application development projects . This is a consultancy-based role , ideal for professionals with strong client connections and the ability to close high-value IT projects independently.
For every successful project, the consultant will receive uncapped commission / monthly profit sharing , making this a high-reward opportunity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, approach, and onboard clients for Fleekminds
- IT Staff Augmentation (Developers, Engineers, Dedicated Teams)
- Custom Web & Mobile App Development projects
- Leverage existing network and client base to generate new business
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with internal delivery teams
- Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and close deals
- Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Work as an independent consultant while aligning with company goals
