Responsibilities

The Business Development role is responsible for driving net new sales and revenue from prospective and existing customer accounts within the assigned vertical. Your role will sell solutions through prospecting, networking and executing marketing initiatives and account plans to increase Iron Mountain footprint within assigned accounts resulting in revenue growth and quota attainment.

Accountable for new business revenue growth in the defined range of new and existing customers; for new and existing Record Management and Digital Solutions customers, to expand into in the future.

Identify and qualify new opportunities and construct a winning sales strategy to close new business within Digital and Records Management market.

Support cross-border digital sales opportunities as required.

Work closely with operations, pre-sales, partners, customer care and sales to develop go-to-market plans for client facing opportunities in line with digital strategies and pipeline.

Commercial management of price negotiations.

Formulate and enforce the production and adherence to a Sales Plan for all growth within the market.

Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and prospective customers where appropriate to driving the new business revenues (C-level).

Valued skills and experience

Proven business development track record demonstrating ability to win new accounts and penetrate / cross sell to a large portfolio of customers and prospects.

To be considered for this role you will likely have significant solutions sales experience.

The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.

Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.

Very strong influencing skills at senior level.

Understanding of the Norwegian business environment.

Selling complex solutions into large organizations.

Proven ability to develop and maintain C-level relationship.

Languages : Fluent in English and Norwegian.
