What You\'ll Be Doing

• Prepare dishes in accordance with established procedures, routines and profitability goals.
• Daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch and dinner.
• Maintain good communication with the immediate manager and the rest of the team.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high guest satisfaction.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a start date to be agreed. The role requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
