Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline Proven experience in electrical engineering for large modification projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf Strong knowledge of electrical design in accordance with NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC standards Familiarity with Equinor technical requirements (TRs), STID, and Procosys Ability to work independently as well as within a team Good multidisciplinary understanding Strong communication skills Cooperative and solution-oriented working attitude Systematic, accurate, and efficient approach to work Creative, proactive, and willing to share knowledge and experience Proficient in English and Norwegian, both oral and written Basic EX Course : 6–8 hours online or 22.5 hours classroom-based FSE – High and Low Voltage with First Aid
Candidates without valid workingpermit in Norway and extensive NORSOK-experience will not be evaluated

Planned end date : 31 / 12 / 2026
Job Responsibilities
- Perform and verify the design of electrical installations
- Act as Package Responsible Engineer
- Define and design heat trace requirements in line with P&IDs
- Prepare, check, and approve MTOs
- Prepare, check, and approve technical requisitions
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors
- Maintain data in the engineering registry
- Develop engineering work packages
- Collaborate and interface with other disciplines
- Conduct site surveys
