Overview

Job Title : Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant (Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform)

Location : Oslo preferred (Hybrid Remote)

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to drive enterprise opportunities across Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping complex deals, building compelling demos, and co-creating solution architectures that deliver real business value.

This is a strategic, customer facing role where you’ll partner with Microsoft field teams, delivery experts, and client stakeholders to accelerate pipeline and win transformative deals.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and shape complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Build tailored demos and POCs across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Customer Insights.
• Co-create solution architecture and present clear value cases.
• Apply Challenger Sales methodology.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and alliance partners to drive pipeline growth.
• Lead discovery sessions and value mapping with customers.
• Develop solution storylines and convert business pain into technical options.
• Deliver tailored demos, POCs, and RFP / RFI responses.
• Handle objections and differentiate against competitors.
• Support estimation and handover to delivery with clean scope and assumptions.
• Contribute to thought leadership via workshops, webinars, and reusable assets.
