At Oda, we develop affordable grocery services to make the logistics of living surprisingly easy. First we built Norway’s leading online grocery store and now, partnered with Mathem in Sweden, we’re on our way to becoming the world’s most effective retail system, delivering to thousands of Scandinavian doorsteps every week. Lastly we are entering the space of becoming a logistics systems provider to serve other online grocery players meaning we are commercializing our ways of working, our hardware blueprint and our proprietary smart software into Oda systems!

We’re looking for a senior Product Manager to join Oda!

As a senior Product Manager in Oda you balance owning a long-term mission, strategy, problem and solution space with short-term impact through leading a cross-functional team to create value for our customers, business and partners within the logistics platform scope. You lead according to the Oda behaviors  and you apply product and growth thinking and methodology to drive our core product, tools and processes to new heights. You participate in Oda’s product leadership community to share knowledge and build best practices.

What you’ll be doing as a Product Manager

Lead a cross-functional team, consisting of logistics developers, designers, engineers, data experts, to build and optimize tools, processes, and products that solve real problems and drive impact.

Define and drive strategy by identifying key business and customer needs, as well as market insights and developments; ensuring short- and long-term value creation, growth and margin development.

Articulate and break down strategy into actionable roadmaps together with the team.

Set ambitious goals and measure success by tracking progress, iterating and testing new ideas based on results and insights, ensuring continuous improvement as well as step changing when and where needed.

Communicate and align stakeholders by sharing key learnings, business performance updates, and strategic insights across the organization.

What you’ll need to succeed in the role🌟

Understanding of what it takes to run logistics processes and building operations; hardware, people and software in combination to create outstanding results. Simply put : a hands-on and can-do attitude.

Understand what it takes to build systems for external business customers; product platform, support and relationships.

Deep understanding of e-commerce logistics and are used to shipping products fast.

Focus on solving real problems, not just building features. You adapt and step change tools and processes, learn continuously, and create meaningful solutions where they matter most.

Have a Business and Data-Driven Mindset - with a sharp focus on product, growth and business impact in a modern tech company.

Deep understanding of complex problems and systems, and skilled at scaling platforms while navigating the challenges and opportunities of rapid growth with many customers.

Lead with a holistic approach - you are a strong leader who thrives in handling ambiguity in a complex environment. You take responsibility, set direction, and lead by example, balancing inclusivity with assertiveness, growing teams and building relationships with stakeholders and customers..

Lead the way and collaborate - you have 7+ years of experience in a cross-functional role, leading product teams to deliver complex software and data solutions.
