Competence we value :

• Electricians and automation experts : Experience as ship electricians, automation specialists, or general electricians.
• Education in electrical engineering : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical power engineering.
• Specialization in power systems : Expertise in power electronics, energy systems (including battery technologies), and electrical power systems.
• Marine industry experience : Familiarity with maritime operations and industry standards is also something we value highly.
• English proficiency : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
