Customer Support Specialist (Norwegian speaking) -relocation to Greece

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Athens, Greece .

This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying life in a bustling, historic city. Comprehensive relocation assistance is provided, including a free flight ticket, temporary hotel accommodation, and support from a local real estate agency to help you settle in.

Position Details :

Location : Athens, Greece

Salary : €1,100 - €1,500 per month plus performance bonus up to €300

Type : Hybrid (Work from home and onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

Provide exceptional customer service and support in Norwegian language.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and processes.

What We’re Looking For :

Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English.

Experience in customer support or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a hybrid environment.
