JobSummary
This roleadvisesonHRpolicyandassistswith implementationofHR proceduresandprocesses, includingcasemanagement. Works directly withSurvitecmanagers toprovidepolicyandprocess supportandadviceacross thefull rangeof employeelifecycleprocess.It requires specialist knowledgeofthelegal frameworkforatleastonecountry withinthe Survitecbusinesslandscape
Dutiesand responsibilities
- Works withinestablished HR policies andprocessestoachievespecified goals
- Contributes to thedraftingoftransactional HRprocessesandtools within own area ofexpertise, ensuringcompliancewith specifieddesignprinciples, internal policiesandexternal legal requirements
- Resolvesqueriesfrominternal customersby providinginformationoncomplexprocessesand the relatedpolicies,referringtoothers wherenecessaryfor interpretationof policy
- Deliverscomplexanalysesof HR data;identifieskeytrends andcontributetothecreationofHR insightsthat enablethediagnosisof businessissues, enhancement ofemployeeengagement, and / or improvementof businessperformance
- Providesadviceandguidancetomanagersin developing, documenting, andcommunicating solutions (includingdisciplinaryaction)for individual EmployeeRelationscases;supports managersatformal hearings
- CarriesoutcomplexHR data processingtasks;advisescolleagues whenneeded anduses expertisetohelpimprove data collectiontools andadministrationprocesses
