The Role
As an Enterprise Sales Director NORDICS at Rydoo you will take ownership over your assigned territory and prospect accounts. Your main scope will be to enhance sales within your territory, pursuing increased net new revenue, assisted by sales developers who will help fuel you with quality opportunities.
Responsibilities
To exceed quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling Rydoo’s solutionsTerritory identification and research, to formalise a go‑to‑market territory strategyPipeline development through a combination of increasing productivity of sales developers, personal high‑level business development, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge / intelligenceCreate and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over‑achievementAssist in increasing productivity across your territory (including other Account Executives)Engage with prospect organisations to position Rydoo’s solutions through strategic value‑based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst dataManage the end‑to‑end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etcGenerate short‑term results whilst maintaining a long‑term perspective to maximise overall revenue generationAccurate quarterly forecasting and revenue deliveryAdhere to Rydoo’s Information Security Policy, best practices, and participate in regular security trainingsRequirements
4+ years of experience as an Account Executive within the SaaS industryAcademic degree or equivalent by experienceHigh fluency in local language and EnglishYou are a natural sales hunter and have experience in managing accountsGreat social skills, being a dynamic presenceA positive and upbeat attitudePassion to take part in a scale‑up cultureOverview
