About the role

Are you ready to help shape the future of offshore energy? We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our New Ventures team as soon as possible, where you will play a key role in developing breakthrough concepts for the energy transition.

This role is about connecting the dots – turning ideas and emerging technologies into technically and commercially viable solutions. You will increase the technical readiness of pioneering concepts, strengthen the maturity of our solutions, and bring them to market. The role will focus on offshore process plants, like ammonia production, carbon capture and gas-to-power solutions.

You will work in a small, fast-moving, and agile team, close to decision-makers and in daily collaboration with both internal experts and external stakeholders. Not two days are the same : priorities shift as the political and commercial landscape evolves, and opportunities often arise at short notice. To succeed, you will need curiosity, analytical strength, structure, and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility and proof-of-concept studies for innovative energy transition solutions
• Evaluate new technologies and build partnerships with vendors
• Perform process-related technical studies, including simulations, calculations, and process drawings
• Prepare technical specifications for studies and clear narratives for client proposals
• Passion for driving positive environmental impact through innovative and sustainable energy solutions
