To provide support to and professionalize Operations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve objectives regarding Operations (Classic Retail) for the Central Region, focusing on quality, productivity, costs, SLA, and KPI framework.
- Act as subject matter expert for Europe in Underwriting processes, especially MNP.
- Guide the monthly renewals process.
- Ensure correct and timely support / processing by in-country operations.
- Support the implementation of the LSM Central strategy by collaborating with in-country operations, the Sr. Manager Operations Europe, Head of Operations Europe, and local management.
- Support transitions from Underwriting to local Operations.
- Perform audits and quality checks, especially open DOT tasks in Underwriting and Operations teams.
- Process exceptions and high-complexity tasks such as MNP.
- Achieve ambitious SLAs / KPIs on TAT and accuracy.
- Ensure standard operating procedures reflect current activities and responsibilities.
- Standardize and optimize internal processes, including MNP.
- Provide timely and proper reporting on BAU activities.
- Participate in projects and programs.
- Responsibilities will evolve with changes in the operating model and are not limited to the above.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and demonstrate behaviors as outlined in the Conduct Risk Policy, including compliance with Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing.
Skills and Experience
Good understanding of Underwriting processes and procedures, including MNP.Experience within the insurance industry.Experience with transactional insurance systems such as Genius, DOT, Liberty Link, etc. (highly desirable).Advanced verbal and written communication skills in the appropriate language, with the ability to interact with a diverse group including executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Fluent in English and Norwegian.Strong organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to meet deadlines and service level agreements.Experience working under tight deadlines.Proactive problem-solving skills.About Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM)
