Workshop & Operations Manager position at Larson-Juhl in Oslo, Norway. Full-time | Permanent. Start : as soon as possible or by agreement.

We are a small, specialist distribution and service company based in Oslo, part of a larger European and Global company. We produce and deliver to our network of traditional customers across Norway. Our core business is supplying picture frame materials to the professional framing industry with services including distribution, cutting to size, assembly, and custom solutions. Our small team includes six employees, including two sales reps out in the field. We are seeking a Workshop & Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and workshop operations
• Lead and support a small team
• Handle inbound and outbound stock
• Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and HSE compliance
• Report directly to the Managing Director
