Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing and PR Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Marketing and PR Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing and PR initiatives that will enhance our brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

– Develop and implement an overall marketing and PR strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives.

– Identify and target key customers and industry segments to increase brand visibility and promote our services.

– Generate and manage content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

– Create and manage advertising campaigns across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

– Develop and manage relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to secure coverage and partnerships.

– Plan and execute events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives to engage with potential customers and showcase our services.

– Monitor and analyze marketing and PR efforts, and provide regular reports on performance and ROI.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing and PR efforts.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

– Manage and mentor a team of marketing and PR professionals.

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and PR, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

– Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and PR campaigns.

– Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and SEM.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong project management and organizational skills.

– Ability to think creatively and outside the box.

– Experience managing a team.

– Willing to travel when necessary.
