Job Description

Are you social, positive, and love outdoor and indoor activities? Can you switch between being humorous, calm, and empathetic? Then this might be the job for you.

We are seeking two personal assistants for our 4.5-year-old son with Angelman syndrome. He is non-verbal but has good communication skills and a cheerful disposition.

You should enjoy being with children, have energy and patience, and be able to create safe and supportive environments for our son.

We are a multilingual family speaking English, Norwegian, and Icelandic.

Due to the nature of the work, good English skills are required. The language requirement is a B1 language test pass.

Type of employment : Part-time + on-call

Number of positions : 2-4

Hours per week : 6-18 (with flexibility)

Start date : January

Salary : Hourly wage according to the current collective agreement + additional for weekends and evenings, plus seniority bonuses.
