About the Role

As our new Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of creating and delivering standout experiences for our clients. From strategy to execution, you’ll take ownership of projects, lead teams with confidence, and ensure every detail lands with impact. This role calls for a balance of creativity and structure, leadership and collaboration—and the drive to keep pushing ideas further.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Lead small and large-scale projects from concept to execution—always with creativity and precision.
• Be the trusted face towards clients, building relationships that last beyond a single project.
• Mentor and guide team members—sharing your knowledge while helping them grow.
• Inspire creativity, both within your team and in the projects you lead, leveraging your understanding of cutting-edge trends and technologies.
• Be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities—even though you’re not a sales rep, you’ll help bring in leads, identify upsell potentials, contribute ideas & pitches.
• Work closely with our creative, production, and graphics teams to make sure every detail is on point.
