Associate Project Manager

Description

As an Associate Project Manager at Hitachi Energy, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of energy infrastructure projects across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while adhering to company standards and customer expectations.

How you'll make an impact

• Assist in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Support project financials including cost tracking, invoicing, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy’s policies, safety standards, and best practices.
• Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.
