Product Responsible Engineer - Offshore Lattice Boom Cranes

We are strengthening our engineering team with a skilled, flexible, and structured colleague who brings a multidisciplinary understanding to the table and wants to contribute to groundbreaking crane projects.

You will take ownership of our lattice boom crane product line, managing and further developing this world-leading solution. You’ll work closely with engineering disciplines, procurement, production support, sales, and product line management. Your efforts will be central to delivering and optimizing products for both national and international projects.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

• Ownership and development of lattice boom cranes in collaboration with technical disciplines, procurement, production support, sales, and product line management
• Stay updated on relevant technological advancements and regulatory requirements
• Cost control for products within your portfolio
• Participate in bid planning and evaluation with the sales team, with responsibility for engineering budget and technical sales documentation
• Ensure delivery of equipment, as well as standard product and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with product-related HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements and encourage HSE best practices
• Provide engineering support to both internal and external customers
