Project Management Assistant - Contract Position in Os, Norway

We are a dynamic and growing project management firm seeking a highly motivated Project Management Assistant to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Contract Project Management Assistant, you will work closely with our project managers to support the successful delivery of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in project management and contribute to the success of exciting projects.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project files
• Assist with project planning and coordination, including creating timelines and tracking project progress
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Monitor project budget and expenses
• Identify potential risks and assist with implementing mitigation strategies
• Conduct research and gather data as needed for projects
• Perform other duties as assigned by project managers

Salary :

This is a contract position paying 1200$ per month.

Location :

This position is based in Os, Norway.

Accommodation :

We offer accommodation for out-of-town candidates during their contract period.

Experience :

No previous experience is required for this position. We welcome applications from recent graduates or individuals with relevant education or transferable skills.
