We’re now entering Norway - properly. This is a critical, first‑on‑the‑ground role where you’ll shape the go‑to‑market, win customers, and set the standard for how Predicti shows up in the Norwegian financial sector.

You’re commercially hungry andhappiest when there’s no playbook and likeopeningdoors and creating structure in new markets. You know the Norwegian financial landscape and speak the language of banks and insurers - literally and figuratively. You’re trusted, persistent and pragmatic : the kind of person who books the meeting, runs the PoC, and closes the deal… then lines up the next one. You build relationships that last, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make things happen in a startup where the tracks are sometimes laid while the train is moving.
What you’ll be doing
Own and grow the Norwegian pipeline — HubSpot will be your daily wingman.
Land and expand : prospect, scope, run PoCs, negotiate and close, then drive upsell / cross‑sell.
Open doors with your network : senior decision‑makers across banks / insurers, risk, data, and CX.
Translate customer needs into clear product feedback and repeatable playbooks for Norway.
Build trust : run compelling demos and value cases that tie software & data to business impact.
Keep a pulse on local trends, regulations and competitors — and adjust our approach accordingly.
Represent Predicti at meetings and events in Norway
Collaborate tightly with Product, Data Science and Customer Success to make customers successful.
You will thrive here if you have
4–8+ years in B2B sales, account management or customer success — preferably in the financial sector (banking / insurance, fintech, data / analytics, SaaS).
A strong grasp of digital solutions and how software & data create value in financial services.
A proven track record of building pipeline and closing new business
Great people skills : you read the room, build trust, and uncover what truly matters to stakeholders.
Fluent Norwegian and professional English; you’re culturally at home in the Norwegian market.
A self‑starting mindset : comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by targets, and happy to both plan and do.
