Application Consultant - Image Guided Surgery (IGS) / Norway

We are seeking a highly motivated Application Consultant in the field of Image Guided Surgery and surgical disciplines to support the Sales Team in Scandinavia. The position reports directly to the Regional Manager Scandinavia. It is a home office role, preferably based around Trondheim or Oslo, Norway.

Your main duties will include :

• Educating, training, and providing on-site guidance and assistance to physicians and hospital personnel.
• Performing new system installations.
• Communicating effectively with customers to understand problems and troubleshoot issues.
• Demonstrating outstanding organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and effective time management.
• Initiating upgrade projects with existing Brainlab installations.
• Selling service contracts to existing Brainlab customers.
• Monitoring and promoting customer usage of products.
• Conducting software updates.
• Attending meetings and trade shows to demonstrate and promote products and services.
