Overview

Vet Surgeon with experience in internal medicine and exotics

We are searching for a motivated and experienced veterinary surgeon to join a clinic located just 50 minutes from Oslo, Norway.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of surgical procedures on companion animals and exotic pets.
  • Provide advanced internal medicine care for animals with complex medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with referring veterinarians to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and infection control in the surgical suite.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in veterinary surgery and internal medicine.
  • Provide exceptional client service and communication.

Qualifications

  • DVM degree from a recognized EU veterinary school.
  • Experience with internal medicine is a plus.
  • Experience working with exotic animals is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Competitive salary between 50,000 and 100,000 annually.
