To fill in some of the blanks, we can say that transporting, installing, and managing complex projects is our specialty. Whether it’s installing offshore structures, laying pipelines, or providing comprehensive EPCI services, we have the knowledge, experience, and passion to deliver exceptional results – always prioritizing people and safety above all else.

In Ocean Installer we believe in creating an engaging and fun workplace, and our welfare club, Social Installer, is at the heart of it all! Our weekly sessions in the sportshall cater to both mind and body. Whether you’re looking to boost your strength, find your zen with yoga, or unleash your competitive spirit on the volleyball court, we’ve got you covered. We also regularly have payday drinks where we come together for an evening of fun, laughter, with activities like SUP relay, bowling, shuffleboard, minigolf that bring out the competitive spirit in all of us. Throughout the year, Social Installer hosts special events that bring out the playful side of our team. From the classic paper plane competition to the adrenaline-pumping dodgeball tournament and the friendly competitiveness of sports day, there’s something for everyone. As the holiday season approaches, anticipation builds for our annual Christmas lottery. It’s a festive tradition that adds an extra sprinkle of joy to the season, with exciting prizes.

Graduates

All of our Graduate Engineers are part of highly competent, dynamic, and diversified Engineering teams.

They all get to jump straight into one of our projects, where they are given tasks depending their background and competence. A Lead Engineer will always make sure they find their place by navigating them through their first two years as ocean installers.

By organizing different sessions in our own offices, and in external venues we try to give all our Graduates the best possible entrance at the start of their careers.
