EU Passport required

️ Languages : Danish (C2 / native) + English (B2+)

Contract Type : Full-time

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00-19 : 00

Welcome Bonus : 5000 EUR (paid upon joining)

️ Relocation support provided if you're moving from abroad

What You'll Be Doing :

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone in a helpful and friendly manner
• Resolve inquiries related to products, accounts, orders, or general support
• Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Collaborate with other departments to find quick and effective solutions
