Your Role

Provide professional support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot common issues and guide users toward effective solutions
Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

What You Bring

Danish : C2 level

Solid English communication skills (B2+)

Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills

Team spirit and adaptability to new cultures

Previous customer service experience is a plus
