Job descriptionAnalyse large data sets to track KPIs, identify deviations, and highlight areas for improvement. Monitor city operations (parking spots, drop nodes) to ensure smooth rider experiences. Build business cases for operational improvements that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and rider satisfaction. Support budgeting and forecasting by providing data-driven insights and performance follow-up. Collaborate with internal teams and fleet partners to maintain high service standards and compliance. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience : 1-2+ years of experience in operations, strategy or consulting, preferably in a fast paced environment. Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets. Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership. Proficiency in G-Suite. Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Metabase, or PowerBI is a plus Fluency in English. Fluency in Norwegian is meritorious.
