This role is offered on a hybrid basis, involving a combination of working from our Copenhagen office and remotely.
Are you an HR professional who thrives on autonomy, ownership, and making a real impact? As our HR Partner for Scandinavia, you’ll act as the HR "shop owner" for your market, leading all people-related initiatives in Scandinavian countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway).
This is a hands-on, strategic role combining HR expertise, administrative skills, and stakeholder collaboration to shape and deliver the local people agenda. Key responsibilities include :
- Connecting the business with HR, translating strategic goals into effective, people-focused solutions.
- Owning and implementing local HR strategies supporting commercial success.
- Collaborating with local leadership, the EMEA People team, global Centres of Excellence, and external partners to ensure compliant HR operations from recruitment to talent development.
- Advising managers and supporting the employee lifecycle, fostering engagement, growth, and performance.
- Reviewing and enhancing HR processes and policies for alignment and efficiency.
- Supporting M&A activities related to people planning and integration.
- Balancing strategic planning with operational delivery in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications and skills :
5–7 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably at managerial level.Strong understanding of local employment law and HR practices.Experience coaching and guiding managers.Fluent in Danish and proficient in English.Hands-on experience with payroll and benefits administration.Proactive, independent, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven decision-making skills.Strong digital skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.Quick learner and adaptable to new HR systems.Benefits :
