BERNER TURF / SALES MANAGER - GOLF & SPORTS (NORWAY)

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a named customer portfolio, while actively developing new business with golf clubs, sports venues, municipalities, and service contractors.
• Advise customers on best-fit solutions across a wide range of turf needs. Our offering includes fertilizers, plant protection products, and seeds, which you help customers use effectively and sustainably in their turf management.
• Work closely with our Nordic Berner Turf team to plan and deliver marketing activities (events, demos, campaigns).
• Spend time on site with customers, supporting them hands-on with day-to-day turf challenges.
• Report to Business Manager, Saila Innanen.

Territory and travel

Nationwide customer base with a strong focus on Southern Norway. This is a field-based role with regular travel within Norway and occasional travel to other Nordic countries. Preferred home base : Southern Norway.
