Accountant in Stockholm

Zurich Nordic offers local and global insurance programs both standardized as well as individually tailored. Our customers are mainly international and large industrial companies. We are now looking for a positive person to join our Finance team as an Accountant.

As an Accountant, you will have a variety of smaller and bigger tasks, e.g. incoming and outgoing payments for one of our Nordic countries. Support timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational accounts. You can also be expected to support the broader accounts payable process including intercompany invoices, and reinsurance process.

You will also be exposed to the broader Zurich network when handling international taxes and payments with other offices.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in Economics or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience within accounting
• Relevant insurance related work experience is a plus
• Verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English, equivalent to C2 level, are required
