Overview

We’re looking for a new colleague to join our Lease Accounting team! Your role? To be a trusted partner, working with enterprises and public sector organizations across the Nordics and Europe, helping them take control of their lease agreements and deliver accurate IFRS 16 reporting.

This isn’t a traditional accounting role. You’ll be part of our mission to simplify complex problems and make life easier for our clients. You’ll get the chance to contribute to exciting projects, learn quickly, and develop your expertise while working side by side with talented colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementations : Work with clients through projects, making sure transitions to our solutions run smoothly
  • Be a trusted advisor : Provide clear guidance on accounting questions, especially related to IFRS 16
  • Solve challenges creatively : Help clients with their reporting needs by finding smart, practical solutios
  • Build Relationships : Create trust with CFOs, accounting managers, controllers and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate for success : Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to our strong, supportive team culture

Who we’re looking for

You have experience in accounting or auditing, and a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree is an advantage. Knowledge of IFRS is a plus. You are fluent in Norwegian and English, and comfortable working across the Nordic / Scandinavian region.

You have a good understanding of IT systems and an interest in how technology can simplify finance. You are analytical and structured, with strong communication skills, and you enjoy building trust with different stakeholders.

You are also motivated to learn, curious, and proactive. You like to share ideas, explore new ways of working – including making use of AI tools – and you thrive in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
