The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Strategy & Technology Consulting team in Oslo and looking for someone with a great knowledge of commercial industries in the region (Oil & Gas, Transport, Manufacturing, Banking, Retail etc).

What You’ll Do

Advise senior leaders in commercial organizations on technology strategy and innovation.

Deliver insights on operating models, organizational design, digital transformation, use cases, technology acquisitions, sourcing, delivery oversight and transformation engagement governance.

Support decision-making with data-driven analysis, helping clients optimize IT investments and drive mission-critical success.

Lead engagements across a broad area of technology areas; such as cloud transformation, applications modernization, sourcing strategy, and program assurance.

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in technology-led transformation within the commercial sectors prevalent to Norway (example industries).

A consultative approach to sales and business development, ideally with experience of winning IT advisory / consulting engagements.

A strong understanding of strategic planning, IT governance, and digital innovation to help commercial organisations meet their strategic aims.

Familiarity with frameworks for CIO advisory, value realization, and program assurance.

A relevant academic background (MBA is a plus).
