Job descriptionHigher education in IT or Business; relevant experience can compensate for a formal degree. Previous experience working as both a project manager and a business analyst. In-depth knowledge of processes and solutions in Oil & Gas operations. Senior-level work experience in relevant areas such as field operations, maintenance, engineering, production optimization, energy management, or exploration. Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication. Ability to engage the business and coordinate activities within matrix teams. Knowledge of Lean principles and the digitalization of business processes is an advantage. Language : English Location : Stavanger, Norway Work schedule : Full-time Duration : October 1, 2025 - June 25, 2027
Responsibilities
- Manage digital projects to ensure effective, high-quality execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor project deliveries regarding scope, progress, costs, and quality.
- Translate business needs into technical IT requirements.
- Oversee the delivery and implementation of solutions into the ecosystem.
- Develop solution concepts, business cases, and define success metrics for project outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Analyze and select preferred solutions, understanding the IT system landscape.
