Role and Responsibilities
- Manage vendor bills and invoices in Continia for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365; troubleshoot and liaise with the business to resolve templating and data issues to facilitate workflow approval.
- Template customer purchase orders to create sales orders.
- Handle shipping and customs documentation, tracking, and compliance, including monitoring RPA bots for document recognition and processing, troubleshooting, and exception management.
- Monitor proof of delivery (POD) documents, inspect for exceptions, approve for archiving, and resolve omissions with carriers or businesses.
- Work with business users and counterparties for education, training, support, and process improvements.
- Become the expert in Ward Group Continia and RPA bot support.
Essential Experience and Skills
Experience with BC365 (Microsoft Dynamics) is desirable.Knowledge of Continia software is highly desirable.Bookkeeping, document management, and archiving skills.Familiarity with freight forwarding, shipping, and customs brokerage duties.Traits and Aptitudes
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.Attention to detail and curiosity.Persistence and problem-solving skills, especially with unresponsive business contacts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
