Fashion Advisor

The job of a Fashion Advisor is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. To have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a brand ambassador of the highest order.

The position is based in Oslo and reports hierarchically to the Fashion Boutique Director.

  • Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
  • Lead the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand
  • Create a luxurious experience for all clients through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach
  • Offer relevant after sales care, including the appropriate information regarding events and new collections
  • Successfully participate in and complete any training provided, acquiring, and applying high standards of selling skills and product knowledge

    • Position Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Self-driven, positive and independent person
  • High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English
