Your key responsibilities will be :
- Providing administrative support including managing calendars, meetings and coordinating travel arrangements for the Chief Regional Officer and performing this job in a truly dynamic and international environment.
- Planning, coordinating and facilitate both internal and external meetings and events.
- Assist with country and project management tasks, including deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensuring seamless execution on tasks in hand with timely manner and follow-up.
- Supporting in relevant local matters organizing events, manage office engagement and a set of activities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and units to different initiatives and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Be a visible part of building community locally to support workplace attractiveness and to fill the existing gaps between tasks and responsibilities that fall outside of different business units’ responsibility.
