Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for Rotary / Static Equipment

About the role :

Worley are seeking a skilled and proactive  Package Responsible Engineer (PRE) for Rotary / Static Equipment tosupportoneofourmajorprojectsintheDanishsector.Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforthecompletetechnicalfollow-upofequipmentpackages—fromspecificationandprocurementtomanufacturing,testing,delivery, and final handover.

This includes acting as the main technical liaison between suppliers, engineering disciplines, procurement, and theclient. The role demands strong coordination skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage risksand interfaces across all phases of project execution.

You’ll be :

• Acting as the technical lead for rotary equipment packages such as compressors, pumps, turbines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and other mechanical / static items.
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and procurement
• packages.
• Leading technical evaluations and supporting procurement during bidding and supplier selection.
• Ensuring supplier deliverables comply with applicable codes, project specifications, and client
• requirements.
• Following up on supplier progress, documentation, quality control, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Coordinating interfaces with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Participating in technical clarification meetings, design reviews, and risk assessments.
• Providing technical support during installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and regularly update progress reporting systems.
