In this role, you will :

Build technical solutions that encompass data models, data integration, storage, and cloud-based data pipelines.

Develop and maintain data lake infrastructure, data warehousing, data platforms, and data analytics tools.

Design, build, and optimize high-volume batch and real-time data pipelines.

Create data visualizations to empower our customers to maximize their data's potential.

Implement data quality, governance, and security measures.

Collaborate closely with top leadership, IT and business decision-makers, and data experts at our client organizations.

Participate in data business development as a subject matter expert.

Work alongside cross-functional teams, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior colleagues in their professional growth.

Skills and experience we are looking for in our new colleague :

• Experience : 4+ years in data engineering.
• Languages : Fluent in Norwegian and English.
• Cloud : Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Databricks.
• Data Platforms : Proficient with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Programming : Skilled in Python, R, or Java.
• Analytics : Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
• Metadata : Knowledge of metadata management and data lineage.
• Pipelines : Experience in building high-volume batch and real-time data pipelines.
• Agile / DevOps : Familiar with agile development, DevOps, and DataOps.
• Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and interest in data sales.
• Innovation : Keen on leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
