Assignment Description

  • Design verification.
  • Verify engineering and vendor-documentation and give feedback to suppliers on lack of information and discrepancies.
  • Responsible for all electro steel.
  • Interface towards IT / IS related to engineering register, 3D / Navis and MIPS.
  • Interface against all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.), suppliers, subcontractors, production and planning department.
  • Design verification and control of 3-D design for electro steel.
  • Verify design of starter bars.
  • Ensure that the building method is implemented in the EIT shop eng.
  • Divide up work packages so that one gets the best efficiency in the production.
  • Verify the location and installation and HSSE friendly design in the 3Dmodel, PDMS.
  • Responsible for the preparation of work packages for cable ladders and electro steel.
  • Follow up the DCN’s so that these are implemented in the work packages.
  • Verify interface against all disciplines (EIT, piping, structure, civil, HVAC, etc.), suppliers, subcontractors, production and planning department.
  • Continually strive for good HSSE performance throughout the work.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education : Trade school
  • Degree required : Electro
  • 5 years work experience
  • Preferably certificate of apprenticeship in Electro.
  • Knowledge to and experience with the DAK-tool and have general good knowledge to basic computing.
  • Must have valid FSEL course, First aid (practical) and EX course.
  • Knowledge with the “as-built”-drawing and mechanic interface-drawing.
  • Skilled in MS Office 365 (MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Planner, MS Power BI, MS Teams, MS SharePoint).
  • Must have experience in E3D varification.
  • Good knowledge of MIPS.
  • Good communication skills in English and any Scandinavian language, both verbally and written language.
