Joining us as a Change Consultant, you will be instrumental in supporting our Superior Customer Experience (SCE) initiative. Collaborating closely with the OCM team as well as SCE Program Management, this role provides an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to strategic transformation projects globally as well as locally.

Combining your understanding of processes and technology with a comprehensive approach, you will be supporting diverse change deliverables and seamlessly integrating them into a broader program. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will further assist in refining our global processes, identifying growth opportunities and you will gain valuable exposure within DNV.

Your primary focus will be to support and assist in multiple change management activities for our pilot countries that are first in line to implement a renewed customer-centric culture. This transformation will involve adopting new work methodologies facilitated by a fresh customer portal and operational model.

  • Support and assist in change management efforts to cultivate a customer-centric culture.
  • Assist in managing both global and local change processes, execute and follow-up on various change related tasks in collaboration with the change management team.
  • Contribute to strategy planning, stakeholder analysis, training and communication planning.
  • Help ensure readiness and monitor the benefits of change initiatives.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience within global change project implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to support significant change programs.
  • Basic understanding of ADKAR change management methodology.
  • Familiarity with project management principles.
  • Eagerness to contribute to organizational growth and excellence.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations and drive practical solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Methodical planner with a focus on achieving results.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
