Responsibilities :
This is a new created individual contributor role, reporting into the Sales Director. The position is home-based and covers the complete Norway territory.
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Norway.
- Look for new opportunities and areas of growth in food industry
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Customer Engagement : Proactively engage with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Budget Management : Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives.
- Sales Data Analysis : Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Candidate profile :
Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.A proven experience in sales management, preferably in the rigid packaging industry.Good knowledge of the Food market.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Native language Norwegian and advanced level of English.LI-EE1 #LI-Hybrid
