Deine Aufgaben
- Einstellung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter : innen, darunter regelmäßiges Abhalten von individuellen Trainings bezüglich Verkaufstechnik, Produktwissen und Prozess Know-how
- Initiierung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung sowie Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Omnichannel-Customer Experience
- Verantwortung über die verkaufsfördernde und ansprechende Präsentation der Ware unter Einhaltung von Merchandising-Standards
- Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Abläufe betreffend Warenwirtschaft und Präsentation im Shop, sowie sorgfältiges Warenhandling und die Durchführung der jährlichen Inventur
- Organisation und Abwicklung administrativer Aufgaben wie Aufgabenverteilung im Team, Kassenverwaltung, Bearbeitung der anfallenden Arbeitsaufträge und pünktliche Abgabe von Reports
- Sicherstellung von Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards, einschließlich Diebstahlsprävention, und Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeitszeitgesetze
- Koordination von Wartungsarbeiten und Sicherstellung eines funktionalen und ansprechenden Arbeitsumfeldes in Abstimmung mit dem / der Regional Manager : in
