For the Hamburg location, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Employee (m / f / d) ServiceDesk

Your position in our crew

  • You are the first point of contact for IT questions, problems, inquiries and change requests.
  • You work on technical issues in direct exchange with users and find solutions remotely.
  • You use our ticket system to accept, classify and process faults. You will work closely with second-level support.
  • You will continuously evaluate opportunities to automate recurring support tasks in order to increase efficiency and improve service quality.
  • If required, you will support the induction of new employees in the IT service desk and pass on your knowledge to ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • You will actively contribute to user security awareness by sharing IT security best practices and supporting the implementation of security policies.
  • You will also be responsible for documenting and maintaining IT solution approaches and supporting IT projects.

What you have in your luggage

  • Completed vocational training, ideally related to IT.
  • Ideally professional experience in IT service desk or IT administration.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
  • You will be able to prioritize incoming incident reports and service requests and initiate escalation procedures where necessary in accordance with agreed guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of managing user accounts and groups (Microsoft Active Directory) would be an advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of English is desirable
  • The ability to work in a team and a strong service orientation round off your profile.
  • You have a structured and independent way of working and take a solution-oriented approach to problems.
