To ensure the security of our industrial systems, we are looking for an IT specialist for the next possible date :

IT / OT Security Officer (m / f / d)

YOUR TASKS

Aligning information security goals with the goals of the company
Implementation and monitoring of internal and external organizational IT and OT security requirements within the company
Development, initialization and continuous maintenance of an information security management system (ISMS)
Development, implementation and regular updating of IT contingency planning
Carrying out risk analyses and identifying security gaps
Developing and implementing security guidelines and training employees
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Interface function with the product safety officer and development of joint company-wide safety standards
Continuous monitoring of the IT and OT security situation and derivation of preventive measures
Analysis and follow-up of information security incidents as well as taking over the reporting of notifiable incidents

YOUR PROFILE

Completed specialist training

Several years of professional experience in the field of IT security, preferably in an industrial or mechanical engineering environment

Sound knowledge of implementing and maintaining an ISMS and IT contingency planning

Experience in the implementation of regulatory requirements with reference to NIS2, ISO27001 and TISAX

Analytical and strategic mindset, coupled with a high degree of responsibility and independence

Strong practical orientation and hands-on mentality

Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way

Ability to work in a team and a solution-oriented approach
