The DZNE, part of the Helmholtz Association of German Research Centers, operates central IT services at its headquarters in Bonn. These support our interdisciplinary research activities and administrative tasks at ten locations in Germany. To assist our IT support team with basic support tasks, we are looking for a motivated student for 12-19 hours / week.
Your role in detail
- Support in setting up workstations including hardware such as PCs, monitors and printers
- Supporting users with basic problems, such as resetting passwords or configuring printers
- Support in maintaining inventory lists for IT devices
- Instructing users on common IT tools and resources
- Documentation of recurring IT problems for the future
