I am looking for an AWS Cloud Architect who is fluent in both English and Norwegian to join my client in Oslo, Norway.
As an AWS Cloud Architect, you will participate in various customer projects, for example, new infrastructure builds, migrations, or data- and AI-related services, from their inception to release.
You will also :
- Implement architectures with Infrastructure as Code
- Give workshops and design recommendations for technical teams
- Become a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprise businesses and jointly manage the customer relationship and roadmap with the Sales team
- Have a selection of different 'hats' to put on and have the luxury of following customer projects from start to release
The primary working location is Oslo, where the company's office is located in the heart of the city. Travel to other places in Norway or other European countries may be an option occasionally, depending on the assignment and your preferences.
You have :
Hands-on experience with Cloud Architecture Design and / or Cloud Architectural Patterns for DevelopmentAt least 5 years of experience in Public CloudAdvanced knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS (other public clouds such as Azure and GCP are a plus)Experience in leading complex, large-scale projectsSolid engineering / technical background / hands-on experience with conceptualizing, strategizing, and architecting cloud solutionsKnowledge of security, network, virtualization, load balancer, storage, and databaseHands-on experience with IaC (Infrastructure-as-Code) for managing the cloudKnowledge and experience around DevOps / DevSecOps and / or Platform Engineering as well as the ability to share, coach and mentor in these areasActive customer consultant and pre-sales attitudeExperience with enterprise customers or big organizationsAt least 3 years of experience working within the EUFluent communication skills in English and Norwegian.Nice to have but not required :
Windows and / or Linux sys op backgroundPrevious experience in the design and delivery of systems based on IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings, as well as exposure to different architecture modelsPassion to share your knowledge, mentor others in the team and lead if necessaryExperience with building CI / CD pipelinesContainer technologies experience (e.g. Kubernetes, OpenShift)Coding / scripting skills (Bash, Python, Powershell, or similar)Experience in consultancyYou can expect :
