Client Details : Vitec Fixit Systemer AS develops and delivers market-leading solutions in retail data, trade, and communication solutions for Norwegian hair and wellness salons. We work in partnership with our customers to achieve a common goal of increased value creation and efficient salon operations. Our services are marketed through the Fixit brand, focusing on creating smart digital solutions that ensure salons, product suppliers, and consumers find each other and create good business through, among other things, fixit.no and the Fixit Timebestilling app. Vitec Fixit Systemer AS is wholly owned by Vitec Software Group AB, an international software company listed on the NASDAQ OMX stock exchange in Stockholm.
The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Apply UX research methodologies
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals and user needs, preferably using Figma.
- Work cross-functionally to clarify product requirements, define missing use cases and user stories, and contribute to shaping the overall solution.
- Ensure that all the B2C products within our portfolio are optimised for the best possible user experience.
- Collaborate closely with team members to remove roadblocks, navigate ambiguity, and ensure decisions are grounded in data and UX best practices.
- Partner closely with product owners and UX to help identify and implement iterative improvements within your product area.
Ideal Profile
Must Have :
5+ years of experience in UXSolid knowledge of UX research methodologies and their practical applications.Proficiency in design tools for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborationGood to Have :
FigmaExperience with booking channels (e.g. websites, app, e commerce)Experience leveraging tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, heatmaps) to analyze user behavior and drive improvements.Hands-on experience working with design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.Knowledge of UX and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.What's on Offer?
