Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer and support enterprise IT operations with hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This is a great opportunity for an early career professional to develop your IT career in a dynamic and collaborative environment with exposure to a wide variety of customers, technologies, and projects. Applicants require essential proficiency in English and the relevant local language (B2 level or higher in Norwegian, as per CEFR)

Desktop Support Engineer Key Responsibilities :

Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
Manage basic Active Directory tasks
Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

What You Need :

Experience : 1–3 years in IT support.

Technical Skills : Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory.

Certifications : CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Soft Skills : Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Work Details :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm standard business hours.

Location : Office-based in Oslo, Norway with occasional traveling to Hagan and Fornebu
