NOV is recruiting an experienced executive to head our Downhole Broadband Solutions (DBS) business in Europe. This critical leadership position comes with full profit and loss (P&L) accountability and responsibility for overseeing all aspects of operations, sales, service, and growth across the region. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of DBS in Houston, this role holds high visibility within NOV’s global leadership structure and is instrumental in defining strategy, building organizational capability, and driving commercial performance.

You will lead a talented team through an important phase of expansion and transformation, setting the tone for innovation, customer focus, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong record of operational achievement, and experience leading diverse teams through complex challenges. You will influence high-impact decisions and shape the future of a growing segment within a global energy technology leader.
